Trees for Tots
What is Trees for Tots?
Trees for Tots is a tree collection service in Guelph, the Township of Puslinch, and the Village of Rockwood. For a suggested minimum donation of $15, you can register your tree to be collected by one of our volunteers. Trees are collected, chipped, and returned to nature through walking trails, and other community projects.
In 2023, Trees for Tots collected over 3,600 trees and over $100,000 in support of local children and youth!
We're proud to share that Trees for Tots was selected as the recipient for the Environment Award through the 2023 GuelphToday Community Builder Awards! The Environment Award is presented to a person or organization who has had a positive impact on our environment, demonstrating to the rest of us what is possible in improving our community’s environmental footprint. Over the last 11 years, Trees for Tots has continued to grow, not only as a fundraiser and popular volunteer event but has also continued to find ways to give back to our local environment. Thank you to our community, sponsors, volunteers and partners for helping us continue to support not only children and youth, but also our local environment!
