This is a movement challenge, encouraging our community to get active and move our bodies, anyway at any time during the month of May, all while raising funds to help support the well-being of local children and youth. This means that you have the autonomy to complete 5K of movement however fits your lifestyle! Walk your dog every morning, bike your favourite trails, or take a weekend hike - whatever you choose, this challenge is about getting active, and supporting not only your own physical and mental health but also that of others.
